Getting started
Ready for RoadMapping?

Pre-Discovery
Our first challenge is to get into the nitty gritty of your concept as quickly and accurately as possible. We'll meet with you or connect over skype, and we'll ask the questions that will bring to light every aspect of your idea. This will enable us to immerse ourselves fully in it and determine which kind of RoadMapping engagement would be best suited to your requirement.

Day 1: Discovery Session
Bringing your project to life...

A full-day Discovery Session is at the heart of why you would choose to work with us. This is a full day interactive workshop undertaken by a panel of experts and yourself with the objective of matching specific solutions to the goals you want to achieve. It will be a lively and honest forum that will utilise cutting edge methodologies from several different fields of modern business development to reach a consensus about your needs in respect of your project’s success, the methods required to meet them and a framework to plan, cost and coordinate their development.

Day 2: Development Session
From thinking to doing...

We’ll present our findings and analysis from the Discovery Session and undertake further workshop exercises to advance and develop the framework for a functioning strategy and practical plan for your project.

Day 3: Delivery
Armed with the tools for success...

At the close of your RoadMapping engagement our panel will further convene to assemble the components of your RoadMapping Folio. For example, if you have undertaken a RoadMapping for Online Business you would receive: a Clickable Prototype, a Developer’s Specification, a Content Requirement and a Customer Engagement Plan.
